Christmas 2011

First time ever celebrating Christmas in western country. How it feels ???
Erm.... Not that surprising and interesting. People here used to stay at home, gather with their family to have Christmas dinner rather than celebrating it outside. The time where everyone comes out from their house is the next morning.
Reason... Crazy boxing day sales!!!
How crazy can it be. Well, queues start around 2-3am. Sales up to 70%.

Sadly, I couldn't join the crowd this year. I went for a holiday. Massive crazy 9 days Barcelona->Madrid trip. Sounds nice??? Probably not when it comes to financial part.

Despite having some difficulties in communicating with local people, it was lovely to be in Barcelona. The architecture of the city and the ultimate sea scenery is great.
More explanation for the trip coming up soon. lol...

What´s next.... LONDON NEW YEAR COUNTDOWN !!!!
How nice is it? Worth to queue for few hours for it?? Not sure..........

3 months life

It had been almost 3 months since I left my lovely home country and chasing for a whole new experience at this place. New environment, new life. The biggest changes that I experience should be the weather ? When the first time I walked out from Birmingham International Airport, the cool, chilling air which blows through my faces totally freezed me. It was around 12-13°C ? Probably something around that. Comparing to now, 13°C is considered warm for us and 5-6 is just nice with a jacket. Human are very good and fast in adapting new environment. Our body clock and cycle can re-adjust themselves in just few days/weeks.

There is no way for complaining that the environmental change affect your performance or your life. There is just do or die. Either you can cope with it or just leave the place without gaining anything. That's not the way of life.

Life is hard and easy is not an option. There is not an option at all for wasting your life living out other's life. Life is short. Live it out.
