Accident

On Thursday , I went to Sri Sinar there to fetch my mum home after receiving her call . On the way there , I was thinking will there be a place for me to park or do I need to wait for her very long . After around 10 minutes journey , finally i reached there and stopped my car at the roadside . I called her to inform that i reached there and waiting downstair . After waiting for few minutes , the car who parked about half a car distance from my car was leaving after class . And so , I just go forward a little bit so that he will be getting enough place to move his car out although without doing that , he will be able to move out from the parking space easily .

Who knows the driver so stupid that he speed when moving out from the parking lot . Without thinking will he bang others car or not . And so , as what everyone will guess , he knocked on the right back of my car . Not really very seriously hurt , but according to the mechanic , it costs at least 500 to repair . Luckily , he was driving a wira and i was driving a Matrix that time . And I moved forward for him . Or else , I think he will lose half of the front of his car in that .

After knocking my car , he speed of and left the place . And I just came down from the car and manage to recognise his plat number be4 I check the "injury" of my car .
When i went out from my car and was trying to examine that , his car is back again to pick his friend up . When i tried to ask him bout the knocking and for the compensation , he acted like very fierce and wanna had a fight there with me . Really acting like a samseng . And in a very rude way , he asked me to go to lodge a police report .
From the uniform he wore , I managed to discover that he is actually studying at the centre opposite . And with my mum and sis , we went there and told the teacher there about the case . And asked them to call the driver back . The teacher told us in a very kind way that its just a small hit and he will lecture him the next day when he was back in the center . But impossible for us to take the loses and also facing such a rude person . For me , I will definitely lodge a police report saying that the guy hit my car and run away . After that , threatened to have a fight in a very rude way . Then I will see how he will be punished . Being kicked out from the school / being cancelled his license / being summoned . Or whatever . Seriously , what i am looking for isn't really bout the money and loses . Few hundred not really a huge amount money nowadays for a city people as the expenses here are quite high .

After waited there for about 30 minutes after they called him back , he din't turned up yet . And therefore , we asked his friends there and the teacher to re-call him to ask whether he is coming back and how long will it take ? Finally , after 15 minutes more , when we were goin to leave there , he reached . With the supervision of teacher and all his friends beside , he acted quite calm and don't dare to do anything at all . After several discussion with them , finally they agreed to repair it for us . But , going to their own workshop which is located at Shah Alam . OMG . How far is it from here to there ?

Definitely is not a good deal at all . I need to waste my time and petrol travelling there , left the car there for them to repair and then collect the car . It will cost me 1 whole day . So , its a definitely no for me to agree . We just simply ask him to pay RM150 for compensation coz he is still a student and said that he is poor . And we were forced to pay the losses .

When we were to collect the money the next day , we were told that he is actually a orphan . But , even he is a orphan or what , its not a good reason for him to be rude . He should be feel sorry for the things that he did and pay for it . Its a lesson for him . Not de amount of money that we concern . But just something to make us feel better .

We must be more careful on the road and don't drive recklessly . Remember there is someone waiting for us at home . How will they feel when we are injured o dead ? So , everyone please drive carefully for yr own safety and also yr loved one .
